The app is okay. If my husband gets into the account, then I have a new pass code sent to me every time i go to us it. I get the safety but should have the option to check this is my computer! I also wish they had a comment box for account transfers, my other banks do and I love it! I make 3 or more account transfers, and when going back through my account a couple of days later, there are no notes for what it was, for example , groceries, fuel, house payment, kids activities so I know for later

It would be nice if rhe app would allow you to make split mortgage payments between my account and other cards. It also doesn't reflect the proper balances as far as loan accounts. The bank itself is amazing. The app. Hate it. Do not recommend. Better off using the web browser.

Three stars for this app. I think the mobile app and online Banking site need more upgrades. A 5 star ranking would be banking service that allows clients 24/7 access to their accounts and funds. Without DAILY maintenance downtimes. Some clients have late schedules like 11pm thru 7am and require access after normal banking hours. Daily maintenance updates with restrictions is unacceptable.
