My yearly coverage was updated and increas d by over 60 pounds without telling me anything. they claimed to send an email but there was no record of it. there was also no justification for the price increase. it then cost tons of money to cancel. they lowered the payment a bit once I messaged, but this just shows they are scamming if they can lower it. it's difficult to get ahold of anyone and impossible to call. most agents I chatted with were good once I could get through. Don't recommend

I very rarely write a review but this mess of an app deserves it. first of all there is no easy way to cancel your renewal. the only way to do so is through a "live chat" that is inhabited by 1 AI bot that is useless and 0 humans i have spend 8 hours in that live chat and not a single soul has appeared. this is by far the worst customer service that i have ever seen. i can confidently say that after this experience i will never use marshmallow again.

This company is so unprofessional in the conduct and that explains why they are only online . They suddenly increased my premium by over 50% at the point of renewal without any prior notice and every attempt to get them to reverse the amount proved abortive. I finally cancelled and moved to a new insurance company. They then debited me 70 pounds and claimed it was a cancellation fee. They have also refused to issue me a proof of my NCD despite several follow up. I am still waiting for the NCD.
