This App is awesome.. Pretty much everything can be managed within the App, right from vehicle detail changes, additional driver inclusion, Driving limit updates without a phone call / waiting time with helpdesk. They have a super awesome FAQs section as well within the app, which was comprehensive surprisingly very useful unlike FAQ in many other Apps. I am extremely happy with their services and also this platform / App. Great job by the people who have put this together!!

Terrible company. They are online only so there is no way to call customer services if you have an issue. They have a chat feature in the app but they don't respond to any messages on that. The policy trebled at renewal but conveniently all the emails suddenly went to my junk box at around that time. Took £150 out of my account but can't get it back because they won't respond. Absolute con.

❌ Nothing is better in the app. can't add drivers or make simple changes. Everything has to be done online in a tiny chat window that isn't even 1/4th the size of the screen, and then the automated response tries to dismiss you as often as possible. Essentially marshmallow have tried to automate everything without actually building a good platform resulting in nothing being usable. Never insure with them, it's not worth the headache. - Condescending replies aren't helpful. Just-enough apps suck
