have been a user for 3 years, and they increase the price every time we update our personal details. For example, when I changed my job status to unemployed, they increased my premium by almost £10 per month. They were raising prices significantly every year. Don't go for it; try a better option. I will definitely change next year, but I don't have enough time to change right now

Cheap insurance but beware of the automatic renewal...they will charge an admin fee if you cancel, even if on the new policy start date, as apparently you agreed to renew when you first signed up, to opt out of the automatic renewal you need to switch it off somewhere in the app. Also before even cancelling the automatic renewal they wanted to see proof that I was already insured for that date, as it's a legal requirement, despite showing the proof was still charged admin fee for cancelling.

Can't install it on my phone. I don't really want it, but you can't use any account management functions on a computer and they make it impossible to contact them any other way - no email, no phone number and their chat lines are almost always dead links.
