My yearly coverage was updated and increas d by over 60 pounds without telling me anything. they claimed to send an email but there was no record of it. there was also no justification for the price increase. it then cost tons of money to cancel. they lowered the payment a bit once I messaged, but this just shows they are scamming if they can lower it. it's difficult to get ahold of anyone and impossible to call. most agents I chatted with were good once I could get through. Don't recommend

After downloading app and inputting my phone number to log in, spaces to input code change from 6 to 8 spaces and doesn't accept any input, thus making it impossible to login on my phone. I had to install it on my wife's phone where it worked fine.

They have finally gotten back to me. One person who works there was extremely helpful. the issue has now been sorted. they have also cancelled my auto-renewal. which means I won't be charged without my consent. I must therefore say I am overall pleased with Marshmallow.
