terrible experience with this company. Contacted to cancel within the 14 day cool off period and they were helpful and I thought that was it. Had an email 3 weeks later saying my next payment was due in 7 days, I contacted them to say the policy had been cancelled but it turns out it wasn't. Now I've been charged £75 cancellation fee! Absolutely shocking to deal with when its all done over messages. Avoid.

Pathetic Customer services, I recommend you guys to never use this policy. They are scammers and will cancel your policy midway without any valid logical reason. It seems more like a fear policy instead an insurance policy, you always feel insecure using marsmallow. I have provided them all verfication documents and it was done, after 3 months they cancel the policy saying your details are wrong, then why you have approved at first? why you have canceled it after 3 months?

Horrendous. Don't do it. The app doesn't work. The customer service phone line goes round and round and literally takes you nowhere. If you do get through to someone on the customer service line you are clearly talking to someone who has no training or understanding of what they are doing at all.
