Although skeptical about online insurance, this one has surprised me. Everything is so easy and straightforward. The app has everything you need and you can contact the chatbot if you have a query and it is dealt with promptly. For example, monthly payment going to be late ? This was no problem and an extension was put in place with ease. I will CERTAINLY be staying with them when my renewal comes around.

terrible experience with this company. Contacted to cancel within the 14 day cool off period and they were helpful and I thought that was it. Had an email 3 weeks later saying my next payment was due in 7 days, I contacted them to say the policy had been cancelled but it turns out it wasn't. Now I've been charged £75 cancellation fee! Absolutely shocking to deal with when its all done over messages. Avoid.

Very disappointed with Marshmallow. I bought my car insurance today, but only after purchasing was I asked to give the app access to my phone’s location and motion activity for 30 days. I was not aware of this requirement when buying the policy. If driving-data sharing is mandatory, it should be made clearly visible before customers pay, not revealed afterwards. Very poor transparency and customer experience.
