Great discounts, quick turnaround time, and customer service is helpful. Handled through email. They normally respond within a day from my experience and are very informative. Ships UPS. Products arrive in boxes with their logo. They package glass and heavier items in a bubble wrapped enclosure, preventing messy breaks. No damaged items upon arrival. I get to try items for a discounted price that I pass by in the store due to its price, or it's not a necessity.

I have enjoyed shopping some with Martie, but will use it much less now. I am unsubscribing from emails. NO one likes hidden fees and to me "free shipping" is false advertising if there is a handling fee. They just raised the handling fee. I had a lot of trouble checking out and had *finally* been ready to click on the "complete order" button when I discovered the handling fee had recently doubled for my area. I think I will place this order but won't be ordering again for quite some time.

Absolutely love this company. The app is wonderful, so easy to use. Divided into categoy nicelu, great navigation. The company is just as wonderful, I'd give 10 ⭐s if I could. Customer service is amazing. Packaging is the best box packaging I've ever seen and everything has arrived in great condition and the pricing is fantastic. Highly recommend!
