Ratings and reviews

I'm facing a lot of issues with the Innofulfill application. The app is extremely slow and often crashes. OTPs do not arrive on time, and the app fails to update properly. Most of the time, it doesn't even display accurate or complete information. Overall, this app is not user-friendly and causes unnecessary frustration. I sincerely request the developers to fix these issues as soon as possible.

I was assured that my courier would be delivered after 2:00 PM within one hour, but it was not. I was told the staff had called me, yet I received no call or missed call notification. When I contacted the branch again, I was repeatedly redirected to different phone numbers. The staff then used abusive language and said, "We will not deliver your courier. Do whatever you can do." After repeated requests, they delivered the parcel but warned that they would not deliver any of my future parcels.

the worst delivery courier service you could get in this whole universe, the real time tracking updates are a joke cause they don't give proper updates at all, they won't deliver to your house if it's inconvenient to them, you'll have to pick your parcel from them in that case.. it takes a decade to connect to their customer service, and after waiting for a millenium, your call gets disconnected, I don't know why sellers choose this service over better alternatives.. such pathetic experience
