The app downloaded with no problem. I was immediately able to use the app. The only problem I had was with a palette that you can fill with your choice of colors. There isn't an option to choose the items you want to fill It with. I had to contact my Mary Kay consultant for assistance. That's inconvenient, but I have a great consultant, Carolyn Rice. I guess together, we will figure out how to proceed.

I have been a Mary Kay enthusiast for years. I have very sensitive skin, and their products have worked well for me. Although I can no longer use some of the skincare products (it's me, not the products), I would recommend all of their products. Find a great beauty consultant, like I have, and you'll be pleased 😊
