Not all menu items are listed in the app. Also, the app doesn't default to the nearest Marylou's location despite having my settings to allow location sharing. I'm not sure what happened since the previous version of the app allowed for you to adjust your drinks a bit more or make notes about allergies. It also used to automatically place you at the closest location to order your drink. There should be an option to pay with app in the store... this way we can still earn points towards rewards.

Worst app I have ever used. It is non intuitive, clunky, and has no in app support. You cannot change anything about most coffees (sugar, dairy, etc), they took away notes (I would just ask for light or extra ice depending on what I needed), you cannot search for locations, you have to scroll through the list or click around randomly, and cannot get refunds. I got a bacon egg and cheese, they gave me an egg (no bacon or cheese) and when I went to get a refund they said I had to go through the ap

Has potential... but it doesn't save your favorites properly. I added Big Louie extra cream 3 Splenda as my favorite. Added it to my cart and double checked it. I keep getting "1 cream". The staff know me!! Still they make it with 1 cream ( dark). I don't get it.
