The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Mascoma Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Mascoma Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

Love this bank however the new app isn't great and the website is a big step backwards. There's too much white space, tiny icons, less options for downloading and the opening photo of an empty bank counter is terrible! The cool, yet oversaturated fall foliage scene was better. I really hope they didn't spend to much on this refresh! In the app I'm not a fan of the huge messages telling me how to save more, I just want to navigate to the things that I use like deposits, transfers.

This app has exactly one use to me and it screws it up. The switch over to it was clunky and painful. When I start poking around in it I find an email address from 12 years ago. I have been with mascoma for at least 25 years and, as a friend, they should let someone else make decisions about their software, including the website. I dont have the time or patience anymore for companies that can't figure this out.

After using this app and bank for over a decade it will not recognize my account SS# password or iser name. I have cleared the cash , trouble shot and called the bank many times! No help there ! online banking #s are so small and this is so frustrating! I have even gone online to trouble shoot. nothing! the worst app EVER.
