Use of AccessibilityService API
Clipboard includes an optional feature called Monitor system clipboard. On Android 10 and later, Android restricts background clipboard access, so this optional feature uses the AccessibilityService API only after you enable it and give consent in the app.

Why Clipboard uses this API:
The AccessibilityService API is used to detect copy actions and help save copied text to your in-app clipboard history.

Data accessed through AccessibilityService API:
Clipboard may access copy-related accessibility events, including text labels or content descriptions that indicate a copy action, and the text you copy to the system clipboard.

How the data is used:
The copied text is saved in Clipboard so you can view, search, edit, pin, organize, and reuse your clip history.

Sharing:
Accessibility data is not used for ads or analytics. It is not shared with others unless you separately enable a sync or integration feature.

Control:
Monitor system clipboard is optional. You can use Clipboard without enabling AccessibilityService, and you can turn this feature off at any time in Android Accessibility settings or in Clipboard settings.

Ratings and reviews

The constant (and I mean every SINGLE time you open the app) pop up of signing up for a plan is so annoying to the extent that I no longer want to consider joining and I'm close to deleting the app. Outside of that, it's a decent clipboard. Update: and now magically after I post my review the app just continually crashes literally can't use it or save any of the content I have in it

Wow! Clipboard looks really good for only a rating of 4.0! I have been looking forever for a good clipboard app to tie together my other devices like tablet, Chromebook, and Windows/web! Good pricing on premium, too! Just tried it out on all my devices and my clips are syncing instantly! Finally, an app that does it well without self-hosting! Thanks!

It's good but it needs a floating widget so you don't have to get out of the app that you're in and search for this app. Copy box is the best example of what something like this should be. But they don't work anymore at least from my experience. Be more like them and if you want to charge a a lifetime subscription for your product I'll pay for it. But it needs to be like like copy box
