Masonry Wall Planner lays out the actual wall, unit by unit — not "wall area divided by block area".

Draw a wall, add doors and windows, and see every course, every whole unit and every cut before the first unit is laid. The takeoff comes from the wall you just drew, not from a rule of thumb.

SEE EVERY COURSE
• A real elevation of the wall: every block or brick, every joint, every course numbered with its height
• Running bond, stack bond and 1/3 bond
• Nominal and actual unit sizes kept separate, with independent bed and head joints
• Metric and imperial: type 390, 39 cm, 15 5/8" or 8' 4 1/2"

REDUCE FIELD CUTS
• Every cut is found, measured and grouped: Cut A, Cut B, with quantity and the courses it appears in
• L-cuts and notches around openings are drawn as the real shape
• The modularity optimizer searches for a better layout and tells you exactly what it would move — "Window W2 +63 mm" — and never moves anything on its own. On the built-in demo wall it takes 58 cuts down to 50, and 17 different cuts down to 9
• Lock an opening and it stays put. In Field mode nothing already built is ever moved

COORDINATE OPENINGS
• See where each sill and head lands against the coursing, and how far it is from the nearest course line
• Modular opening tool: the modular sizes near the width you want, with the difference, and the real clear opening

TAKE IT TO THE JOBSITE
• Build mode: course by course, big type for sunlight, the units and cuts for that course, and checkpoints where an opening starts or the top course needs cutting
• Story pole / gauge rod with every course height, sill and head
• Setout distances from the wall start for a tape or a laser
• Cut list you can read at arm's length
• Jobsite theme: high contrast for outdoor use

MATERIAL TAKEOFF
• Units to order from the solved layout, including the whole units your cuts consume
• Reserve for breakage, pallets, and what you actually take home when you buy whole pallets
• Mortar calculated from the real joints, with the published rules of thumb shown beside it for comparison
