KeepSift turns screenshots on your Android device into a searchable, organized library. Search a remembered word, code, place, product, receipt, booking, or note instead of scrolling through your gallery by date.

Choose the right recognition profile
Choose the profile that matches the writing in your screenshots. KeepSift uses Google ML Kit for Latin, Chinese, Devanagari, Japanese, and Korean scripts, and Tesseract for Armenian, Russian, and Bulgarian.
The Recommended option uses your chosen app language or device locale when a supported profile is available. It does not detect the language in each image. Greek and other unlisted scripts are not supported in this release.
Recognition quality varies. Small, stylized, low-contrast, compressed, rotated, mixed-language, or unsupported text may be missed or misread. You can review detected text, re-scan it with another available profile, or edit it manually.
Review and organize
New screenshots appear in Review. Keep useful items, mark something to act on, browse automatic categories, correct a category, and create a custom collection.
Use the details inside
Open a screenshot to read or copy its detected text, share it through Android, and use supported actions for details such as links. Suggested actions and automatic categories are helpful shortcuts, not guaranteed interpretations.
Capture one screen when you need it
On supported Android devices, the optional Capture shortcut asks for Android screen-sharing consent each time. KeepSift captures one frame, saves it to your gallery, stops sharing, and indexes the saved screenshot locally. Protected apps may block capture.
Private by design
Screenshot discovery, text recognition, categories, and search happen on your device. KeepSift requires no account and does not upload your screenshots or local index. This Android release has no INTERNET permission.
Background indexing is optional and starts off. Scan on app open starts on and can be changed in Settings. Sharing, purchases, and support or legal links may use Android, Google Play, or an external app you choose.
Core features include local indexing, OCR, keyword search, categories, recovery controls, and one custom collection.
KeepSift Pro
KeepSift Pro is available as a one-time Google Play purchase. It adds advanced filters and sorting, saved searches, unlimited custom collections, bulk organization, batch sharing, and batch OCR re-scan.
