Love the desktop version. But the app is not efficient. Booking appointments takes forever, with the inefficient layout of the calendar screen. Can't sell memberships with the app. And there isn't a widget to store on the home screen to be able to check the schedule without having to go into the app itself. Would be great if the app calander screen looked like the desktop version, or the way Vagaro looks in app. Would be much easier to navigate and see what times are available and what's not.

The app is really not good, which is unfortunate as I do 90% of my business from the app. I thought maybe it was my connection, but even at home over wifi it's incredibly slow and takes forever to load my schedule. I am currently looking at alternatives as it's starting to become a hindrance. Which is unfortunate as I do think it's a wonderful software booking system...as a desktop version. Also, for whatever reason, it does not fully checkout a client when I go through Square. Annoying

I've had an OK experience. I'm unable to send MB messages to clients or respond to MB messages from clients. When I try to block time off it always takes me to the booking screen instead. The main screen only shows three upcoming clients regardless of how many I actually have. Clicking on View Soapnotes on the main screen doesn't work. I can no longer see if a client has filled out their intake form.
