i use this app because that's what I've always used. The app is so challenging. No Gift Cert sales, no couples, no sharing packages, also you can't create a package with more than one of a certain service. let's say i wanted to do 2 1 hour massage with a facial package.... nope. only allows one. it's so terribly annoying and convenient at the same time

I love the convenience of having an app, but this app needs serious fixing. My notifications keep getting turned off in my settings somehow, im randomly logfed out of the app, and it takes soooo long to load my schedule, to close out sessions, book sessions, and check availability on other days/times. This is sooo frustrating! There is too much waiting and loading...

It's...functional. But why even bother having an app if the website is superior? This isn't worth the space on your memory. They tout drawing on your SOAP notes, which you'd think would be in the app, right? Nope. Website. Create multiple appointments for one client in one window? Still just website. All this app can do is slowly set appointments, and make notes. It's also super glitchy, with menus sticking and words bouncing. Wait for a new app.
