About this app

Massa Agent is the internal application for authorized Massa Transport field agents.

It allows them to search for an active driver, view the available payment amount, and initiate a payment request after the driver has been approved.

Main features:

- Secure login via authorized account;

- Search for a driver by name or phone number;

- On-site payment in cash or via Mobile Money, depending on activated permissions;

- Driver approval before finalization;

- Optional capture of a photo and signature as supporting documentation;

- Tracking of transactions in the Massa payment history.

Access to the application is restricted to Massa Transport agents with the necessary permissions. Data is used solely for managing, securing, and tracking on-site payment transactions.
