Can some one tell me how to get passed the totoral

Great game, really enjoyed playing. What I would have liked even more though are more levels, at least twice as many (perhaps different maps or something) as there is no real incentive to continue playing after completing and it only took me about an hour to do so. Other thing is the bug when trying to refresh new gladiators by watching a video, and there is no real point to pick a new one anyway unless you didn't pick a variety at the beginning. Thinking stronger gladiators that cost gold to buy kinda like the way you did the special offer on the items, add more stages and crank up the difficulty of each one, just an idea though. Thanks and good job.
