Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work well, it's very slow. It's supposed to be faster since it's designed to work with technology. It also has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to be able to use it. The company's bonus system doesn't motivate the technicians who use it.

So ridiculous, app just stops working without warning when it requires update and then doesn't allow the update, just keeps stalling out. Followed all troubleshooting and then finally uninstalled in hopes of reinstalling and it wouldn't allow that either. should be ZERO stars!!!

This is a great app! I love to help customers, and give them an even better viewing experience. This app allows me to process their payments for products we provide, while on site, and the ease of use has made it simple for even the least tech savvy person to utilize. It's a great tool for techs on the go, and anyone looking to increase their take home pay.
