The phone doesn't connect to the smoker! It worked okay the first time now when we are able to connect it keeps us in safe mode. Or disconnects and says the smoker is off. I don't understand the point of having a wifi smoker that doesn't work effectively. Seriously considering returning and purchasing a different brand. This is so frustrating.

This app used to work fine. I replaced the controller module several months back, reconnected and was working. Today it connects but tells me my smoker is off! It is in front of me and running fine. It says update for your Gravity Feed device, I do not have one, just a charcoal fired smoker. Said there was an update for the smoker but does not update.

The first time I connected, it worked perfectly. The second and Following times I've connected, the app force closes on me. Oddly, I got it to work great when I turned on the VPN on my phone. I can't really make sense of it though, since this is supposed to connect via Bluetooth. When it works, it's really cool. However, for the most part, it's a pretty buggy app that rarely likes to connect without fiddling with it.
