Master Rummy: Lucky Card is a four-player rummy table game. The table uses one 52-card deck with no jokers. Each player is dealt 7 cards. The rest become the stock, and one card is turned up to start the discard pile.
On your turn, draw one card from the stock or take the top discard. You may then lay a valid meld: a set of 3 or 4 cards of the same rank, or a run of 3 or more consecutive cards of the same suit. Ace can sit low with 2-3 or high with Q-K. You may skip melding. End the turn by discarding exactly one card.
The first player to empty a hand by melding and discarding wins the round. Remaining unmatched cards in other hands are scored as deadwood: Ace is 1, face cards are 10, and other ranks count at face value. Those points go to the round winner. The first player to reach 100 practice points wins the match.
