The responses are good. However, it seems when there are multiple people in the chat responding, the updates computer to computer lag significantly, and you may have to close it and reopen it to get it to actually update mostly on the cell phone.

Be careful using this follow-up app, very invasive and overbearing process. They persistence will literally run customers off, they haven't figured out that AI chat with no management or dialing down will overlap and duplicate all human communication. You would think they had some sense that this could happen but apparently not. I wish the developers of this would have their own software worry the hell out of them all hours of the day 7 days a week. Beware
