Ratings and reviews

Mostly love this game. It's fun, cheap to buy ad free (other than ads you watch to earn rewards to help play). Cons: after level 75 or so, It's definitely got levels where there's no way you can win in the time available so it forces purchases or ad watching if you want to continue.

Customer service is really unhelpful. on my phone, there is a bug at level 115 that makes this impossible. I have used the contact us button three times. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. the bug persists. They continue to ignore me. I was enjoying the game. I even went ad free. I will be loathe to uninstall it permanently, but customer service leaves me no choice.

Enough ... I like the game and even purchased the ad-free version, but I never received it. The fact that you make it necessary to spend money to continue makes this game pointless. I only spend when I want to, and if I have to, then there are too many other similar games to choose from. You've just lost what would have been a great customer.
