⭐⭐ Very Poor Service After Subscription I am extremely disappointed with the Matchpoint GPS service. After purchasing the subscription, all alerts and notifications worked properly for only 5–7 days. After that, almost all alerts stopped working completely. Now, only the live car location is working. This is not acceptable for a paid GPS tracking service. Alerts are one of the most important features, especially for security and vehicle monitoring. I expect the developers to fix this issue urgen

Extremely disappointing and worst service experience. When purchasing the product, they are quick to come for installation. However, once a service issue arises with the tracker, their response is completely different. They simply say that no technician is available in our location and ask the customer to remove the hardwired installation and send the device to them for checking. This is highly inconvenient and shows a complete lack of proper after-sales service and customer support. WORST SERV

I have been using the MatchPoint GPS tracking system in my Ford Figo Aspire since 2017. It has been working reliably without any tracking issues. The location data has always been accurate, making it very easy to monitor and track my vehicle. Even today, it continues to perform well. I am very satisfied with the product and service.
