About this app

Mate Pro is a professional tool for technical personnel and operators of self-service networks, designed for remote control, monitoring and maintenance of retail outlets.

1. Hierarchy and navigation
The system is built on the principle of from general to specific:
Address/TT search: Main screen for searching by retail outlet address.
Point of Sale (TT) screen: terminal information (network status, general status of vending machines at the location).
Machine screen: detailed card of a specific device.

2. Machine card: the "Vending machine data" screen contains: at this level, the complete technical passport of the device is displayed:
Equipment type: washing machine (WM), Aquamat or Micromarket.
Identification: manufacturer (e.g. Samsung), model, device ID, serial and inventory numbers.
Life cycle: dates of production and installation.
Network binding: link to the controlling Terminal (e.g. T763).

3. Main functionality and commands
The user (technician/administrator) can send direct commands to the machine terminal via the Mate PRO application:
Remote terminal control
Software update: the ability to select and download a specific firmware (software) version to the terminal.
Diagnostics: receiving real-time operation logs.

4. Specific functionality: Micromarket
A separate logistics block has been implemented for micromarkets:
Removal of goods: recording write-offs (overdue, shortage) or cashing in goods for return to the warehouse.

Loading goods: scanning the QR code of the product onto a specific shelf of the micromarket.
Correction of the quantity of goods: manual update of balances in case of discrepancies detected during a physical audit.
