About this game

Palitinho is the classic guessing game that everyone has played with friends at school, in bars, or at home. Simple, fast, and addictive—now on your phone.

The rules are the same as always: each player hides a number of matchsticks in their closed hand. At the right moment, both reveal their guesses about the agreed-upon total. Whoever gets closest, or guesses exactly, wins the round. It seems easy, but that's where the real challenge begins.

The game is entirely based on reading your opponent and strategy. You need to think: how many matchsticks will my friend hide? Will they try to trick me with a high number or will they play conservatively? And your guess, will it reveal too much about your hand or will it confuse them? Each round is a small battle of reasoning and bluffing.

Palitinho is perfect for playing with friends on the same phone, without needing to carry real matchsticks in your pocket. Open the app, and you're ready to play. Quick rounds that fit into any time of day — while waiting, during a break, or hanging out with friends.

The visuals are clean and straightforward, without clutter or complications. The focus is entirely on the game experience, that good kind of suspense of waiting for the other person to reveal their guess and seeing who came closest.

If you grew up playing pick-up sticks with friends and want to relive that experience — or want to introduce this classic to someone who has never played — this app was made for you.

Challenge your friends, refine your strategy, and discover who has the best nose for guessing. How many sticks do you have in your hand?
