After a while, it just locked me out of the network service. Worked for a year before, but now I just feel scamed having already paid for a years subscription, and I can't even get into the app. Wouldn't give them any money if the app works for you because you never know when it will just stop

I found a lot of mistakes in the answers and recenlty I started getting a prompt to subscribe to premium account to view additional solutions even though I've subscribed to the annual premium option. Customer service has been contact and I provided the requested screen shots but I'm not getting any more responses to address my issue. Thankfully I have the teachers addition of the book to check my answers.

Makes the answers more complicated than needed and leaves the user even more confused about the problem. But still better then nothing.
