The buttons are clustered near the home screen button, so accidentally pressing home and exiting the app happens and causes frustration. The timer causes slower button pressers (i.e. younger kids) to have frustration with feeling like they failed and have to redo that stage over and over. If the buttons were easier to press or voice recognition and shouting the answers out was possible, this would be much more accessible to those who are not as fast at button bashing on devices.

My baby is just 4.5 years old and has recently started reception, yet she’s still struggling to read sentences. The tasks are time-restricted, making it feel impossible for her to advance to the next level. Additionally, the app assumes that children can read and understand the questions. it uses an AI-generated voice with a terrible accent and incorrect pronunciation. Honestly, this app should not be part of school programs.

Needs work. It's very dry. The sums repeat within in the same set which frustrates my son. He has a passion for maths, can do his times tables up to 7 and 8 but doing these is like pulling teeth. The answering speed is a tad too fast to get 2 stars, my son's is singing his answer to find the fun but not progressing because he's bored.
