SCAM! i have been with this cleaning service for many years, with very good cleaners, but recently the customer service stopped replying to my questions and requests, and I had booked till February and now they canceled almost all of my bookings and will not answer me, and now when i chat they say enter valid credentials, when i add the number that just worked a few hours ago, they now say invalid credentials. i think a scam is happening. they will not refund my money or answer me

They do not care about customer anymore. Visits were cancelled,,, amount pending in account for more than 2 months no refund happend. It seems to me a fraud company or what. Give my money back you can't take it like this. I warn you to be careful dealing with them and think twice. 03/01/2024, No solution provided yet, I also tried to book but error showing no cleaner available also amount not returned yet.
