It's yet another unnecessary app that takes more time to use during my breaks at work than just using the RFID chips we had before. The NFC function does not work with any of the vending machines,and the QR code doesn't work with a lot of machines either. There's no real way to make a report about it in the app either, since it's not one of the options. There's an option in the app to use an NFC, but that's not enabled either. The one benefit is that I spend less on the vending machines now.

Original comment below. Since making that comment (one day ago) the app spontaneously started working. I keep my review to 4 stars because there should have been a more fluid transfer from the old to the new app. Original comment: They made us download a new app for no reason, now neither works with our vending machines. Completely useless.

Awful! It wouldn't scan the QR codes and when I tried to purchase from a vending machine it charged me €3, and it didn't work, so nothing came out of the machine. I was unable to use it. Very disappointed. Not user friendly.
