useless, malfunctioning and cumbersome. first of all, registering to an up and giving your details to just purchase a bottle of water is ridiculous. a normal contact payment would do perfectly well. the app requires multiple set ups, both through phone and email, and once you get to the point of purchasing a product from a vending machine it just gives you an error message. waste of time.

It's yet another unnecessary app that takes more time to use during my breaks at work than just using the RFID chips we had before. The NFC function does not work with any of the vending machines,and the QR code doesn't work with a lot of machines either. There's no real way to make a report about it in the app either, since it's not one of the options. There's an option in the app to use an NFC, but that's not enabled either. The one benefit is that I spend less on the vending machines now.

scam!!! after a transaction of 5 euro to recharge your wallet, vending machine and in-app instructions still telling you "insert coins" Hahahaha you end up with no coffee and 5 euro lost
