Matis Eat Driver is the official courier app for the Matis Eat food delivery platform in Sweden. It is intended for active delivery partners who have been onboarded by Matis Eat and given a driver account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Go online and receive nearby delivery requests in real time
• Accept or decline new orders with full pickup and drop-off details up front
• Navigate to the restaurant and to the customer with built-in map directions
• Update order status as you progress: accepted, picked up, on the way, delivered
• Communicate with the restaurant and customer when needed
• Collect cash-on-delivery payments and confirm them in the app
• Track today's deliveries, weekly summaries, and total earnings
• Review your full order history with itemised payouts and tips
• Manage your profile, vehicle details, and bank/payout information
• Receive instant push notifications for new orders and platform updates

BACKGROUND LOCATION

Matis Eat Driver uses background location while you are on an active delivery so the restaurant and the customer can see your live position on the map. Location sharing only runs when you are signed in and online. You can go offline at any time from the dashboard to stop sharing your location.

REQUIREMENTS

• An active driver account issued by Matis Eat — sign-up happens through your local Matis Eat operations team, not inside the app
• Android phone with GPS and a stable mobile data connection
• Permission to run a foreground location service so deliveries are not interrupted when the screen is off
