Franze did a great job helping me get my dash cam set up with the password and everything. Knew what she was doing and didn't get tired with me asking so many questions and she answered all my questions.

This app seems to keep getting worse and worse every day. It's a struggle to connect the bluetooth, and sometimes, while on drive mode, it randomly disconnects from the bluetooth. So all the driving I did wasn't recorded, and I have to fight to edit it. I'm going to switch over to a different company asap!

I don't have any problem with this eld...I tried the other eld but this one is the best....
