Ratings and reviews

The app has many connection flaws when changing from different vehicles. Now, when connected, it does not show any time being used, but it does lock out when driving and unlocking when stopped, so it is connected to proper vehicle. Needs an easier way to follow recapped hours and clearly state how much time someone has been off duty. I also received a citation because my logs wouldn't transfer during an inspection. Strongly thinking about finding another service provider. 2 stars for the price.

This app seems to keep getting worse and worse every day. It's a struggle to connect the bluetooth, and sometimes, while on drive mode, it randomly disconnects from the bluetooth. So all the driving I did wasn't recorded, and I have to fight to edit it. I'm going to switch over to a different company asap!

Nothing makes sense. You'll never be able to set this up on your own. God forbid if you have to install it into another device. I dont have time to keep calling for help. I've tried several times to log in as a driver. Keeps logging in as a Fleet Administrator.
