Ratings and reviews

The app has many connection flaws when changing from different vehicles. Now, when connected, it does not show any time being used, but it does lock out when driving and unlocking when stopped, so it is connected to proper vehicle. Needs an easier way to follow recapped hours and clearly state how much time someone has been off duty. I also received a citation because my logs wouldn't transfer during an inspection. Strongly thinking about finding another service provider. 2 stars for the price.

This app seems to keep getting worse and worse every day. It's a struggle to connect the bluetooth, and sometimes, while on drive mode, it randomly disconnects from the bluetooth. So all the driving I did wasn't recorded, and I have to fight to edit it. I'm going to switch over to a different company asap!

Matrack crashes every week multiple times. Signs out and back in disconnects from device and drops drivers. Editing is a joke. Will try to add duty status other than drive time and will tell me only drive time can be edited, which is the only thing your NOT allowed to edit. Help center says thuer in California, but all have strong accents.
