POTS Screen is a phone and Wear OS app for recording and reviewing heart-rate data related to postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). It was developed by someone with POTS, for people with POTS, with the goal of making it easier to track symptoms and disease condition objectively over time.

STANDING TESTS
Run a guided standing test from your Wear OS watch: lie down, stand up, and the app records your heart rate throughout. You get a clear before-and-after comparison you can review yourself or share with a doctor.

PASSIVE HEART RATE TRACKING
Your watch logs heart rate in the background throughout the day, capturing patterns without requiring you to do anything.

HISTORY AND TRENDS
Standing tests and passive data are saved and graphed over time, so you can review trends across days, weeks, or months rather than relying on memory.

DATA STORAGE AND PRIVACY
Data is stored locally on your phone and watch. You control how long it's retained and can export it at any time. Nothing is sold or shared without your action.

POTS Screen is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical advice. It's meant to help you and your healthcare provider have more informed conversations backed by data.
