ACV MAX is the complete next generation appraisal and inventory management application. A lightning fast scanner provides access to vehicle information quickly, whether you’re appraising a vehicle or viewing a piece of inventory. When appraising you can view your guidebooks (KBB, J.D. Power, BlackBook, Galves), vehicle history reports (CarFax and Autocheck), market listing data, and take photos. For your used car inventory you can price, photograph and merchandise on the go!

ACV Viper is our next-gen inspection system that lives within a dealer's service drive. Viper will take photos of the full vehicle, detect damage, read tire tread depths & more. Viper inspections are available through the ACV MAX app.

Whatever the most recent update did, change it back. the little white flash that would happen whenever I took a picture is gone, as well as a new 2 second delay before the photo appears in that last picture window. It may seem like nothing but having a picture system that gives no sensory feedback to confirm that a picture was taken and a slight delay has completely killed the time it takes for me to take the needed pictures and promotes mistakes when I'm trying to be quick.

I use daily - works fine now that they've fixed the gallery issue, but app crashes upon exiting any vehicle.

Camera settings are tricky and intermittent.

What’s new

- Viper inspections are now viewable within the ACV MAX App.
- Users can now take the following VIPER actions on the mobile app: View all inspection photos, view undercarriage, view tire tread depth, update condition & present a customer offer.
- Improved ‘Edit VIN’ flow & are now showing a pencil icon.
