Horrible experience. I'm trying to reset my password, but the app just displays an "invalid request" error message when I use the reset password button. No additional options or additional dialogue. Pretty garbage experience for how much I paid for additional coverages for my vehicle.

App is very user friendly and easy to use just follow directions. It would be nice if my dealer had told me about this so I'm not sure if they are up to speed on app. I found the directions by going through all my paperwork from the original sale. So make the dealers aware that they must send an email with instructions on the app to customers.

If I could give this app less than one star, I would. I can't even create an account! Each time I try to put in my email address and password, the app closes! And this is the app I'm supposed to use for the extras I PAID for when I bought my car?? GARBAGE is what this is!! Not happy....
