About this app

With MyCar Mobile, it's easier than ever to manage your vehicle protection contracts and claims. When you purchase a vehicle protection product with your new car or truck from one of the participating program dealerships, you can use MyCar Mobile to manage various features related to your vehicle and the protection products you purchased from your dealer. Contact your dealer to see if they are a participating partner, some of your vehicle’s protection programs may already be compatible with MyCar.

MyCar Mobile Benefits:
- View the status of all of your vehicle protection contracts.
- Add future contracts to your account.
- Start a new claim.
- View the status of all of your claims.
- Receive instant notification when your claim has been updated.
- Converse with your claim representative through the in-app chat program.
- Add additional comments and photos to any open claim if necessary.
- Contact your selling dealership.
- Contact Roadside Assistance. (Available if Roadside coverage was included in your contract)

App is very user friendly and easy to use just follow directions. It would be nice if my dealer had told me about this so I'm not sure if they are up to speed on app. I found the directions by going through all my paperwork from the original sale. So make the dealers aware that they must send an email with instructions on the app to customers.

If I could give this app less than one star, I would. I can't even create an account! Each time I try to put in my email address and password, the app closes! And this is the app I'm supposed to use for the extras I PAID for when I bought my car?? GARBAGE is what this is!! Not happy....

the app uses a lot of battery. They refuse to pay shops directly. this is more of a reimbursement than a traditional warranty. my experience may be a little unfair to maximus, because I was sold this warranty through the Chevrolet dealership where I bought my car. they told me that I would be able to take it to any dealer and get it fixed no problem. that clearly is not true and maximus does not advertise themselves as such. so really, shame on that dealer.
