The app doesn't function properly. It has a customer support button that doesn't work. Tried it multiple times on different phones. Tried to add my contract number multiple times, but it doesn't work. Dealership said people complain that they have issues with the app. It looks like I don't need it anyway. My dealer is supposed to handle it. thought this app would speed up the process, apparently not!

Doesn't deserve a 1 star. Crashed my phone immediately upon install. Couldn't even create an account. UI is just froze and "UI not responding do you want to close or wait" message pop up; however it's so messed up that I couldn't even click the close app link. My phone restarted instead. Tried again. Same results. Uninstalled.

Ive never gotten this app to work in 2 years of trying...Apparently someone already made an account with both of my email addresses that I've have had for decades. Resetting password is an invalid request. Tried an older LG Stylo 3 when my Note10 plus wouldn't work. NOPE! This is how an insurance company saves money. Make a fake app that nobody can use! GREAT! And the only way to access anything is through the fake app! WOW! If this isn't a SCAM I don't know what is!

Hi Chris, I can assure you we're not fake or have a scam app. We truly do believe in helping customers make claim experience easier. Unfortunately there were some updates forced upon us that we couldn't respond to quick enough that hit during an app revamp period. I hope you give our new app another try. If you have further problems, we'll assist.
