Envelope Budget: Simple Budget is a straightforward offline envelope budget planner for keeping track of your money without accounts, bank connections, ads, or a required backend. Pay once: there is no subscription.

Set the amount you have available, split it into budget envelopes (spending categories) by amount or percentage, and see how much remains overall and in each envelope, the way envelope budgeting works.

Record daily expenses with a category, date, and optional description. Edit or delete transactions when needed, with undo support for quick corrections.

Choose the budgeting period that fits you:

Calendar month, as a simple monthly budget planner
One or more whole weeks, as a weekly budget planner or a biweekly budget
Custom start and end dates

Carry unused envelope money into the next period or reset it, and reuse your previous budget setup and category percentages when starting a new period, so you don’t need to rebuild your plan every time.

Review recurring expenses, such as rent, and confirm them before they change your balance.

Your data stays local on your device. You can also export transactions to CSV and create or restore local backup files.
