About this app

Mess Tracker is a complete mess management app designed to manage the daily mess, market, expenses, deposits and member accounts easily and systematically.

Instead of keeping the important accounts of a mess in separate ledgers or in different places, Mess Tracker can manage the mess accounts from one place. The manager can manage all the information and accounts of the mess, and the members can view the mess accounts from their own accounts.

Key features

Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to see the important accounts of the mess at a glance. Total mess, total expenses, current mess rate, mess balance, member accounts, recent market expenses and recent deposits information can be easily viewed.

Meeting management

The daily meeting account of the mess can be easily saved. The manager can determine how many matches each member has had. Based on this information, the member-wise meeting account and meeting rate can be calculated.

Deposit account

A detailed account of how much money has been deposited by the members of the mess can be kept. By saving the information of each deposit, the total mess deposit and member-wise deposit account of the mess can be easily known.

Market expenses

Daily market expenses can be saved in detail. What type of market was held and how much money was spent can be kept in the account. Through this, the total market expenses of the mess and recent market information can be easily viewed.

Each member can view his account separately. Here, the total number of matches held, the total amount spent for the match, how much money has been deposited and the current balance can be seen. Through this, the member can easily understand whether he needs to pay more money to his mess or whether he is owed money from the mess.

Detailed account of members

The detailed account of each member of the mess can be viewed from the member section. How many matches a member has made, how much money has been deposited, his match rate and other important accounts can be monitored from one place.

Manager and member management

There are separate roles for managers and members in Mess Tracker.

Managers can create new messes and manage all mess accounts. On the other hand, members can view mess accounts using their accounts, but they cannot add or change mess account information.

Mess Settings

There are special mess settings for managers. From here, the mess name, account start date, and match account method can be managed. If necessary, there is also a facility to change the manager and delete the entire mess information.

Account and Profile

From the profile section, users can manage various settings of their account. This includes password change, app settings, log out, and account deletion.
