Simply another set of bells and whistles for a machine that is useless. I was asked to give more details on my experience with this generator/ inverter, so here it is. 1) The app is limited to monitoring fuel levels: That's a decent feature, but with older generators, we had to do that before starting up. I use this app with my 4000GT generator. This app works as advertised but has a significant flaw. My generator will not load on the app unless I have a data connection. Therefore, when I camp in areas with no cell service, my generator will not load onto the app, and therefore I cannot use any of the app functions. This could be fixed by having "my devices" saved to the phone memory. Also, the app times out quicker than I would like which means it has to load from scratch almost every time I use

Dreadful! The heater works great, but the App is useless! First time using this app on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and it crashed immediately. Tried clearing Cache as suggested, but no luck. So i contacted the customer service team, and they said they were going to pass it onto technical. This was over a month ago, still nothing, and I can't use the app! This needs sorting!
