Animations!! So annoying they're so slow. I was so close to subscribing to this app... then the Animation logo apocalypse happened. I started ignoring this app after that, then decided to try it out again for the holidays 2025!! Even worse, slower to load than before and I'm using an S25 Ultra! Less is more when it comes to staring at the Max Rewards opening logo, whoever thought this was a good idea is not good at marketing.

Had to continuously resync accounts every time I opened the app(which got old fast). Also, one of my card accounts wouldn't sync and when I got in contact with someone from the app and explained the problem, they just never responded even after I gave them the information they asked for. Poor customer service. I like the app, but if ignoring a customer's problem is how you operate, I'd rather not partake.

All the useful features are either for Gold or Platinum. I had a 7 days trail but in these 7 days I couldn't get access to any Gold or Platinum, because of this unable to experience to decide to pay or not. App does even load most of the times, I had to force close and open the app. Overall the experience was not even fruitful to try the free version. oh yeah! I forgot to mention I thought maybe of I pay I can experience this, I tried paying for gold. It doesn't let me pay just keeps freezing.
