I've been having problems FOR MONTHS getting my Citi and Chase accounts to synch. I informed IT of the issues around 3 months ago, but nothing has changed. I was planning on upgrading to the gold membership by now, but with the free membership working so poorly for so long, I no longer am willing to pay for the premium perks. It's crazy to me that they are presently still having their YouTube affiliates push their app so much, even though it hasn't been working properly since Fall 2022.

Not reliable enough yet. Too many sync issues. My new Amex card continually shows offers added to it that are not actually on the card. I almost lost $120 today before I double checked. Support is "looking into" that issue but can't solve. It's useful for adding offers to multiple cards and searching offers, but for a paid service it's just not reliable enough to count on

UI bug I have experienced this issue many many times. The UI would sometimes become totally non responsible for any clicks. Here is the how it goes when the issue happens. Launch the app. Within the first few seconds, I'm able to interact with the UI components. Then soon it won't react to my click hence the app become unusable. However, vertical scrolling is still working. Please investigate and fix it.
