Ratings and reviews

I love Mayoral, I just want to place an order either online or the app. My items in my cart mysteriously vanish after 30 minutes of the slowest loading and scrolling. The app just redirects you to the site. I don't know how you're supposed to make a sale if you can't even program your software to hold items in a cart. I've tried 4 times now to aggregate my items, fix your programming its absolute garbage and your site is slow too. I'm in the USA by the way.
