Medicta is designed to seamlessly integrate into your clinical workflow:

Dictate naturally — Activate recording with a simple click or keyboard shortcut. Medicta captures every word clearly, even complex medical terms.
AI transcribes instantly — The transcription appears in real time and can be sent directly to your medical application's input field, copied to the clipboard, or both simultaneously.

Refine with a click — The Magic Wand button lets you apply automatic grammar corrections or condense your notes into a concise summary, without any manual editing.

Security and confidentiality

Protecting medical data is paramount at Medicta. All servers and processing are hosted exclusively by Infomaniak in Switzerland, in compliance with Swiss data protection laws. Voice recordings are deleted immediately after transcription—no sensitive data is retained. End-to-end encryption guarantees that your information is never transmitted unencrypted. Medicta never sells, shares, or uses your data for training third-party models.

Subscriptions

Medicta offers a free trial, as well as Premium and Enterprise subscriptions for intensive use and medical teams. The Enterprise plan includes centralized license management, billing, and dedicated support.
