Ratings and reviews

App is filled with bugs and utter garbage. Will not stay connected to cleaner. Everytime you go to use the app, you have to delete the cleaner, uninstall and reinstall the app, reconnect the cleaner, and it will sort of work for a day or so. You can't submit a support ticket because the required field to explain your issue is just a gray screen with no options. On the rare occasions the cleaner is connected to app and communicating, the screen freezes and you have to force stop repeatedly.

App is useless, none of the advertised features are available. Cannot stop skimmi when it is cleaning, stop button does nothing. Bring to edge feature doesn't exist, and cannot put it into manual drive when it is cleaning, that you can't stop. Apart from the other built in flaws of the skimmi, this app makes the newest skimmis a BIG downgrade from the original.

May as well be spyware. Won't make parts available for their products. Repairs not allowed. They want you to just buy the device again. Buy from someone reputable instead.
