Ratings and reviews

The article and podcast feed are up to date, but the rankings and magazine, two of the outlets foundational points, haven't been updated in years. I love Baseball America and the work that they do, but between half of the app sorely lacking basic updates and the ux being lackluster, I deleted this app shortly after I downloaded it.

Worst app I ever tried to use for sports. It does not deserve even one star so I didn't rate it with any stars. Tried customer service it to so long I forgot at first why I called them in the first place. I don't buy covid as a valid reason for bad customer service. They can work from home. I got so frustrated with them I stopped replying to them untill today when they contacted me again. I can't post this unless I give them at least 1 star, that's the only reason they get 1 star.

I love their website, but the app is a joke. If they could filter out their podcasts from the news feed it would become sufficient. Also, the magazine formatting is awful on phones and tablets. The text becomes blurry frequently making it hard to read.
