I purchased the magazine through the website & received instructions for the app login. However, it indicates that it is unable to find my email. I then accessed "subscription help" in the options menu. I typed a message outlining my concern & hit "SEND EMAIL." However, it will not send. The button remains the same w/ no change detected. It simply doesn't work. Purchased the top tier subscription to get instant access, and not even the help feature works? Fix it or money back please.

After you purchase a subscription, the app will NOT allow you to view the magazine's unless you pay for them per magazine. Rediculous. Cancelled the subscription, Deleted this app. Not worth the time, effort or money. Fix this problem.

How hard is it to process a subscription. I followed the link and login process in the email and get the "sorry there's a problem". Forget it, not worth my time, I'm cancelling.
