The Mazzer App is a tool that allows you to easily communicate with your coffee grinder. It's useful for viewing operating data and maintenance alerts, easily adjusting parameters, and gathering customer feedback.
The free app works via your establishment's Wi-Fi or in direct Wi-Fi mode. When you're near your grinder, it allows you to download the last 10 days' operating data to your device. It also allows you to monitor your grinder and the life of its burrs.
The app is organized into four workspaces to help you with maintenance, adjustments, statistics, and surveys.
SERVICE
Scheduling service interventions is easy thanks to the remaining burr life indicator and the dose loading feature. You can load the grinder with the number of grindable doses corresponding to the coffee stock in your establishment. The data in this workspace can be directly displayed to the technician.
ADJUSTMENTS
The Mazzer App allows you to conveniently adjust electronic grinding settings (times and pauses) from your device without having to use the appliance menu, making everything quicker and more seamless.
STATISTICS
The Mazzer App helps you improve the performance of your coffee service by analyzing the data the grinder collects for you throughout the workday. You can easily view the data, save it, and share it.
SURVEY
With the survey management system, you can collect customer opinions on the service you offer in your establishment: simply use the app on a tablet and display it at the cash register to receive customer feedback on the aspects of the service that interest you most. Or, you can use it on multiple tablets and conduct tasting and cupping tests. What you discover will help you improve your service while also creating content for social media, if desired.
Once registered, the grinder owner (Master) will be the only one authorized to create other users with four different levels of data visibility (Manager, Operator, Service, Installer).
With the Mazzer App, you can also update the grinder's firmware, ensuring you always have the latest electronic features on board.
