Very disappointing banking service. The customer service is poor, and the mobile app does not provide a proper section to track service requests such as ATM card or other requests. Customers are left without any updates and have to contact support repeatedly. The overall experience is frustrating and needs significant improvement in transparency, communication, and customer support. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and improves its services.

"Very poor experience. The app frequently shows 'Server Issue' and doesn't work when needed. Unable to log in or use banking services. Please fix the server problems and improve the app's stability."

Very bad it was good before update . developer mode is already disabled but the app shows "disable the developer mode" I'm unable to log in
