You launched a new application and it also went into maintenance 😂 When the work of this application was not complete then was it necessary to launch it? The person who made this application is a crazy person who even after taking so much time could not make a well optimized Mobile Banking application. You don't have the guts.

This bank is engaging in fraudulent practices and has negatively impacted my CIBIL score. I always pay my EMIs on time, including with this bank. yet they reported it negatively, and my CIBIL score was badly impacted. When I raised the issue with the bank manager, he simply said that everything is correct and that my CIBIL will update next time. This response is unacceptable as the false reporting has already caused damage to my credit score.

I am unable to access my account and mobile banking app because app not working it's showing again and again " We're sorry, but we couldn't retrieve any account data at the moment. Please contact your branch for assistance "
