Worst service ever. Every few months I get disconnected . I reach out to customer service and they ask for the payment receipt. I sent it. Then again and again it’s happened. This time they send me to a different department and no response. Paid for 3 devices for 2 years and in less than one year it’s not working. I feel like it’s been more than a bad customer service, I am not sure if they care

Scammer. Bad service, connection and app navigation. They're using another company's name 'NASA iptv' to market their awful app. After paying them $42.27 plus $ 2.75 fee I realized that this is not the same service nor the app organization. They refused to refund me even though I made it clear that this is not nassa iptv and not the same service plus that the service is bad and all channels freez after less than 5 minutes streaming. I'm reporting them to several consumer gov orgs.

The service is not reliable. Channels keep freezing after 5 min stream. Claimed that they will inform technical support, but apparently the issue is few months old and they didn't fix it
