Absolutely terrible! The original app was working just fine. In the new app, we can't find orders if they are LPR. Half the accounts we mark and do pictures on still show in the to-do list. Please fix this! Some of these problems could cause serious issues, i.e. wrongful repos, non-compliant in reporting, etc. This could cost companies clients and money!

Terrible. I don't need another map to look at to recover vehicles. This makes 4 maps to look for orders on. We logged in and now the old rcm app doesn't work. The new one does have any orders. So now we can't pick up any rcm accounts. This app is another waste of time and lost revenue.

I hate that I have to use this app almost everyday and it rarely ever works . It will just stay on the log in screen just loading forever. Then just end up causing a bunch of other issues in the long run..
