This app uses Android's Accessibility API for one purpose only: the "Recent apps" shortcut/complication uses it to trigger the system's built-in "show recent apps" action on watches that don't have a dedicated recents screen to launch directly (works out of the box on Samsung Galaxy Watch without it). It does not read your screen content, track your activity, or collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive data.
