The app has definitely helped reduce interfaces and useful in the pandemic time when everyone is remote. The app itself, UX navigation, information provided requires a huge improvements. The biggest issue is a lot of I formation does not pass on year Ober year and often you run into issues requiring requiring you to delete the app and re-download and reconfigure. This is true for both the iOS and android versions.

Sometimes, It can get really weird, for example: The notifications section is on the "communication" tab that has been created specially for it. What makes it out of the ordinary is that, there is already a "communications" tab, the only difference being the amount of sections they have, and one have an S on the end (Because it has multiple sections). The thing is, why make a new tab, when you could just put the notifications tab in the already existing communications tab. I streched this enough

This is a useful app. All the information on your child is given. Very simple to use. I entered my registered mobile number and received all the required details to log in on that number. 🤩
