I transferred some amount from another bank’s app, and the payment was successfully initiated. However, after logging into your app, the main home icon is not visible, and the transferred amount is also not showing in my account. This issue has been occurring for the last 5–6 hours. Kindly check and resolve this matter at the earliest, as the amount has been debited from the other bank.

Very poor and worst app keeps updating every day, when we open this cheap app suddenly or in an emergency, first it shows a blank interface screen, after that nothing is visible on the screen for a long time, do whatever you want, no option is visible, then when the option is visible, no transaction happens, like today is Sunday, May 3, I want to send money home in an emergency, I have been trying since 7 am, the app is not running, no option is showing, just a blank screen is visible.

Very poor experience with MCB Bank. This bank makes unnecessary deductions from customer accounts without proper explanation. Cash withdrawal charges are extremely high compared to other banks. Customer service is also disappointing and issues are not resolved properly. Hidden charges and frequent deductions make banking frustrating. I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking for transparent and reliable banking services.
