The latest release version 3.6 5 is very problematic... it takes ages to load and lagging for almost every request. Also notifications have completely disappeared... I get no notifications at all for any incoming messages from the school even though notifications are enabled in app settings. Please fix and provide updated release version at the earliest.

We are using the MyClassBoard Parent Portal for Alpha School, CIT Nagar. The notification system is very poor. We receive the same notification multiple times, but when we log in, it often shows "No Messages." The actual message sometimes appears only after an hour. This delay and duplicate notifications create confusion and frustration. The app needs immediate improvement in notification and message synchronization.

The school keeps forcing us to use this app, but it's a ghastly written app. Among its many problems, the most disturbing one is that it has stopped pushing notifications when the school updates the diary. We missed some important events because of this.
